    If you bought a voucher online it might have been emailed to you and ended up in your spam folder. Check the folder and if nothing in there contact the supplier. ps if you bought the voucher with a credit card you can contact your card company to get your money back.

    What voucher? Where did you "buy" it?

    You probably need to contact the seller to sort things out.
