    Hi ChandlerBing,

Really disappointing to hear about this. Could you get in contact with me using this link here :

    https://help.vodafone.co.uk/system/selfservice.controller?CMD=ESCALATION_REQUEST&CONFIGURATION=1000&PARTITION_ID=1

Could you include the code WRT135 in the subject line together with providing us with a link to this thread and your username in the body of the email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

    Many Thanks

    Ben

Found the original form and it says 12 months on it, thanks for the suggestion.

Now time to go crack an egg of knowledge on them

Your original paper-work, which should have come with the phone or at the time of agreeing the contract (in a shop), should clarify this for you. Also, have a look on your monthly bills; often there are abbreviations which summarise the terms of the contract - it should have a 12 or an 18 somewhere.

If the original paper-work says 18, then this is something that you should have raised with them at the beginning of the agreement. If it says 12, then show them this - remember to keep the originals or certified copies for your own records.

    Good luck!

Vodafone increased the length of my contract without telling me

I was on a 12 month contract, I argued for hours to get it and they gave me one eventually. Now the 12 months should be up but they are telling me I have another 6months left as if I was on an 18 month contract. At no point did I say I would accept an 18 month contract.

I dont really know what to do in this situation
