I don't like the way VM is billed either.

Nothing is clear and I've just found it easier to just pay whatever by DD than query or question it.

Probably not the best thing to do.

I've got all 3 services with them - primarily for their broadband. TV i don't use so is the free pack and phone is free on weekends and only pay £3 above what it would cost to have just broadband.

And have sky seperately for which I pay like £30

    Hi There

They also bill you over a two month period so infact your also charged for your service package for the following month. I eventually left VM and went to Sky where you can see and drill down into what your paying for and this can be done via the phone, web, or your TV set.

I have also found that when I call sky they are always ready to moddify my package to saave me money unlike VM.

Virgin Media bill changes good for VM bad for customers

    Hi,
Just got my latest bill from VM and they have changed the way that services are listed. They are now all lumped into one sum so that you cannot see a price for an individual service. Anyone else object to this? I have already complained to them. They have also dropped any notice of any previously negotiated refund given.

This change seems to be all about making it harder to check the costs of your services and compare them and harder to check any extra charges or refunds. On the same bill I have a refund of £3.47 with no note of what it is.

This is NOT good for the customer in ANY way. It makes several things like price comparison of services impossible and the re-negotiation of a contract MUCH harder. I expect that the latter is the real reason behind this change.

Please do NOT answer this post if you are a VM fanboy OR employed by them to defend them. This change is indefensible and any attempts to do so should be met by suspicion if not derision.
