    Re: Virgin Charges

Most of these contracts come with a minimum term of 12, 18 or 24 months. Once that term is up, you can usually give 30 days notice that you wish to cancel. As technology moves on, it is not unusual for today's deals to be better than those on offer a few years ago and it is worth discussing changing to an advertised package before asking a provider to cancel the arrangement.

    Virgin Charges

We have been with Cable since it was `NTL' now Virgin. We have an XL TV package and Tivo box. We had to pay for installation of the TV Box and all add-on's over the years. We now pay well over £70 monthly. If we left Virgin and then signed up again as a new customer we could receive the same package and better for less money. Virgin do not favour loyalty in their customers. Only this week I was asked by Virgin if I wanted to upgrade my broadband for an additional £00.50pence per month. I was astonished at their cheek they are giving new customers faster broadband free.
