    Whomsoever you join......you will be stuck with Openreach for local phoneline faults - no one else is allowed to maintain the old BT infrastructure. Only way round that is to go with Virgin cable if they service your area.

    An Openreach engineer came and checked. He said issue was at the green box which he has fixed now.

    Now lets see how long before it breaks again.

    Super Angry [8o|] Very Poor Service/Support on O2 Phone/Broadband

    Couple of weeks ago phone line stopped working and an engineer came to fix when I called O2 support. Now on 18th I came back from holidays and phone line was again not working. Now its been three days and O2 has not even been able to tell me what exactly is the problem.

    Very disappointed with this poor support.

    Please suggest if you have had better experience with a different provider so I can switch.
