Using an Airport Car park regularly

If I have to use an Airport Car Park for my work does that change the information I have to provide to my Insurance Company?

I will be required to park in an NCP Car Park for up to 12 days per month. Woudl this mean that were there to be damage or my car was to be stolen then the Insurance Company might not pay up? Do I therefore have to register the car for use other than domstic and pleasure use?

    Help...

It is best to keep your insurer's fully up to date with all the facts. Social, Domestic and pleasure plus travelling to or from work does not normally cost much more than normal SD&P use.

If something did happen to your car (like a nice scrape off a big 4x4) which happened to my motor twice, then the insurance company may just ask why was your car parked at the Airport as they are always looking to minimize their level of payouts.

If your insurance firm does hike your premium up too much try getting quotes from other companies.
