hi wondering if you can possibly help and advice me, i purchased a car in july (55 plate punto) i paid a cash deposit of 1000 and the rest 3000 on finance. My problem is that the car needed to have a new starter motor after only a week (the sales person said the engine got wet whilst valeting and it would rectify itself) THe predicament i now have is that the car is in again to be serviced due to the steering. I'm really not happy at all about the car it looks like i'll still be paying for a car that seems wont last the whole 3yrs i've got on it paying finance! Help me where do i stand legally about asking for them to take back the vehicle ? Or i'm i stuck with it? please help

So there is a action pack called (consumer action pack) its an easy guide to help you solve your consumer problems this tells you your rights, goods, and services, the law, bought on credit HP, trader rights, what way to go about sorting out the problems you are having, This is the number you will need 0845 600 62 62 and tell these people the problems your are having which they will give you brilliant advice over the phone straight away, and ask them for their action pack ,or go on their website address www.consumerline.org oh one more thing jojo p 1971 don't be soft from my personal experience car sales people think their better than the avarage all because they wear a suit,these people will tell you it's the HP or finance companys problem if so phone the HP company and tell them your problems but not before you find out your consumer rights.
