    Re: Unsecured loan crisis!! :o(

dont give up! its the worst thing you can do, citizens advice will guide you for free, or you can find a financial advisor dont take the banks advice as they will be unhelpful, at the end of the day they are making money from you by charging these rediculous charges. another thing is unenforceable credit agrements, if the loan was taken out before 1/04/07 it may be eligable to be written off. Credit issues is a solicitor run company that provide this service i have used them, via one of their reps (smash debt) they are very helpful and will advise you what can be done.

I hope you get some sleep soon!

    Unsecured loan crisis!! :o(

Hi, im not sure if someone else has posted this question but i cant find anything and it 1.20am and i cant sleep over worrying about my loan repaymens.

I have an unsecured loan of approx £4500 with Natwest and also an overdraft of £600.I went tp pay last months money into the bank to pay my loan to be told that what i was going to pay wasnt enough to cover my loan, when i asked why theytold me thatas the interest had come out it had took me over my overdraft limit and they had charged me £28 for the privelige. So i asked what i had to pay to cover this and they told me so i duly paid.I have been online tonight to check my balance only to find that they have put charges of £30 on my account now so it has once again took me over my limit!!

I have spoke to the bank and explained that i am struggling to pay whe they are continuously adding more and more charges. They were most unhelpfuland now im thinking should i just totally default on the loan as im not going to be able to pay anyway.I only work 16 hours a week and also have a child to support...i know the banks dont care about this fact but i have asked them for help and have got none.

Can anyone suggest anything please i dont think i can cope on no sleep
