I have tried moving from Talk Talk to Orange and been told that because Talk Talk have LLU, I would need to move back to a BT line. I'm only a TalkTalk customer because of previous takeovers, Toucan, Pipex etc. and at no point was told that our line was taken off of BT. Why should I pay what could be £120 and get locked into an 18 month contract with BT or £60 and a 12 month contract with the Post Office in order to get my line back to BT when I had no knowledge or control over it moving in the first place?
