Dear All,

Could anyone tell me. can I get a refund legally? because I had enough funds in my savings account by the end of 5th of Sept 07. but the bank had returned my direct debits and charged me £25 on each of the DD's(£50 totally). because the bank say I diposited the money after the DD is being produced. but this all happend on the same day. is there anyway I have the right to reclaim it?
