    The OFT is battling with seven banks and one building society in the High Court over unauthorised overdraft charges. However, some critics fear that if the OFT win the case it could prompt an end to ‘free banking’ as banks replace high overdraft charges with monthly fees. So, who do you want to win in the High Court?

    • The OFT – charges need to change regardless of the banks’ next move
    • The banks – I do not want there to be any risk of an end to free banking
