i have about 8 credit cards and 2 loans

totalling about 40k of debt

i am looking to clear the 2 loans and 5 credit cards totalling £31k ,we have been ripped of regards a mortgage my partner had and has left us in this situation to resolve

we have £10000 of our savings but are looking to clear the other 21k over 15 years , we have some monies due over next 2 years but looking for low payments

we have only 30k of equity in out house mortgage owes 203k value 235k being refused by everyone exept welcome finance we are looking for a joint loan but my partner used to have a bad record but has no debt to her name

whats the best way to finance this 21k
