Bought my family travel insurance on 28 th sept for cuba holiday.....was told it would arrive by email in 2 days.......money has been debited already from my bank. Where is my insurance???

Please help we travel very early am on thursday 5th oct....this thursday

literally thousands set off on last minute breaks without ever seeing their policy ---- many companies deliberately delay sending these out ---- so you don't find out just how bad they a re till you get back home!
Unless of course you are unfortunate enough to need to try to claim while you're away
If I hadn't insisted one broker e-mailed me a copy of the Policy he tries to sell me ---- I'd have flown to Canada on a conoeing holiday ----- with a Policy which EXCLUDED Canoeing ----- AND EXCLUDED medical cover in North America !!!!!!!!!!!
