Hello I ordered my boyfriend travel insurance online and was told will recieve email in 2 days with my policy its the ned of the second day and i am yet to recieve this policy he leaves on tuesday 31/10/06 and the money as come out of our account can you help me to get to the bottom of this and why the delay?
