My husband and I (mid-thirties) require worldwide annual travel insurance and although we don't want to overpay, we want to be covered properly for things like medical, cancellation and baggage should anything go wrong. Cover should include US and Africa (Egypt). I tried using the comparison on this site but I couldn't find many brand names among the companies and am cautious about any that are lesser known. The American Express quote was listed as 70 pounds on the site but when I clicked through to the AMEX site they were quoting 120 pounds. Can anyone help please?
