    Travel insurance cruise

I have read through all the terms and conditions but I can't find any info re - Cruise holidays, - traveling alone on a couples policy and whether couples need to reside at the same address to be on the same policy

Any help with these 3 queries greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    pam

    Hi pampam

    In answer to your queries:

Cruise: generally speaking you will be covered providing you are cruising within your destination (ie Europe or Worldwide), however, I must stress the importance of checking this with your chosen provider.

Couples: You are able to travel alone even when you are on a couple policy.  You do need to reside at the same address.

As with all insurances please be sure to confirm all your requirements with your chosen provider.

    Hope this helps

    thanks

    Re: Travel insurance cruise

When insuring couples you do have to be careful as there are still some policies on the market that only cover the partner of the 1st named insured when travelling together. Generally cover for independent travel is included but you should check the policy carefully or speak to the providers just to make sure on this point as well.

    Hope this helps
