    Yep... its call STOOZING!

You just keep moving your balance around to the next best offer!

So everytime you get to the 0% period, just come back to our site and find the next one.

Thanks for the response. Egg offer a 6month period for 0%, so would it then be possible to transfer the debt from Egg onto another card at the end of the period and so avoid paying the interest once more?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,

Yes Egg is the way forward! This is one of the few cards where you can transfer a loan balance on to it.

Somebody else had a very similar question http://forum.moneysupermarket.com/forums/thread/957.aspx

If you paste the above link into your address bar, this should take you straight to the forum post and should give you the answers you need.

Please let me know if you need anything else and I'll help asap.

    Thanks

    Tim

Transfering Career Development Loan debt to a credit card

    Hi there,

Last year I used a Career Development Loan from Barclays to fund a postgraduate course at uni. By the end of October I will have to start repayments. I (think I) borrowed £5105 for repayments over 36 months. Now I want to transfer this debt onto a credit card, which would reduce the monthly payments and be interest free for 9/12 months if i find the right card. I understand there would small 2%ish charges for doing this. Therefore, could you let me know if this is possibility and which card would be most suited? A friend has recommended Egg but I am not sure!

    Thanks
    Jenko
