Hmmmmm. My understanding of ISA transfers is that you apply to the institution that you want to transfer to (Bradford and Bingley), give them the details of your current ISA supplier (Icesave), and B and B then handle the transfer. Obviously there has been correspondence between B and B and Icesave and this correspondence has not been received properly by B and B. It should be B and B's responsibility to chase and sort this out, because you have no knowledge of what has happened. B and B should resubmit the request to Icesave and talk to them as there is supposed to be a system for this. I see little point in spending money on phonecalls to Icesave right now.
