    Tracing a pension from previous employment

    I worked for the Midland Bank from 1969 to 1980. I remember them giving me a pension forecast years ago but I've since remarried, changed address and lost contact. I reach retirement age next year and would like to know how much I could receive. I know they are now the HSBC. How do I go about this and who should I contact about this?
