I had this and ended up with a bill for over £300 because of mobile data - I also had unlimited access in my plan.
Have you always accessed the internet on your mobile, or is this something you've only just started doing?
If it's a new thing for you, the problem is, that although it's included in the plan, it is always subject to fair usage policy. What constitutes fair usage will vary and you should clarify this - typically, fair usage with mobile data will be a lot lower than you might get on an unlimited home package for example. As I recall, with T Mobile the fair use policy allows for 1GB a month - which is in the small print. From what I can remember they dont charge you initially if you go over it, but they may adjust your plan or your access options if you go over by a lot or regularly. You said you don't normally look at the bills - maybe you have inadvertently been using more than this over recent months without realising it, and it's possible they have now adjusted your plan to cover some of this. It is very easy to use up 1GB in mobile data format - do you access regularly, look at photos, or listen to music/video online etc? Even just opening the Facebook homepage can eat up quite a bit of data if there are a number of images on it.
I've known a few people who have also had this problem and I have to say they have not been able to get around it and have had to just pay the bill because they will block your phone until you do. I ended up having my internet access disabled so I could not even be tempted to use it if I wanted to!
It's always possible that they've made a mistake, so it's always worth ringing ... hope it gets sorted out!
