I changed over to the Tiscali talk package in December. Filled out the online application and was told that everything would go live from 31 December 2007. Gave them the Mac code for broadband from my previous supplier of o-bit and stopped direct debits to my prevoius provider. Beginning of March my phone was barred because Tiscali had given me broadband but not telephone. This is still going on and their latest excuse (which is one of many) is that they couldn't give the phone because I don't have a BT line. I do have a BT line, surely they would know this.
The complaint has not been resolved, although I am furious with their handling of this, I want the telephone sorted out, I cannot even get to speak to one person, but they have emailed me. What's the next step in complaining.
