Hi,
1)I signed bankruptcy in November 2005, and was discharged in June 2006. I have just obtained a copy of my credit report, and out of the 9 accounts I signed as bankrupt, two are showing as settled, the other seven are still showing as default.
Should they say settled now, as the bankruptcy would have closed them, or is it something not worth worrying about too much?
2)Under the judgements section (experian only), it is showing two judgements(J1+J2), they both have the same bankruptcy date, but the second one (this is the one I am questioning) has a different discharge date, the wrong address for that time period, and also the source is 'The London Gazette', and not Bristol County Court where I signed the bankcruptcy order.
Does anyone know if this could be a duplicate entry, or could I have been made bankrupt twice? I have contacted experian about this but not had a reply as yet.
3) My credit report has three CIFAS Fraud warnings on it, these are at an address I used to live at, but in a completely different name, and a different time period. Do I need to worry about these, or can they stay on there and not cause any harm?
Many thanks in anticipation of you response.
