Have I read this right??!!! Supanet want feedback?? Just a bit too late don't you think!

As a "professional" organisation, you should be listening to your customers as the problems arise (although really, these problems should not have occurred in the first place).

Yes feedback... "You are thugs, bullies, criminals, and oh...yes a very bad internet provider!"

    Hi Peachee,

All comments are welcome and we do like to actively resolve customers' issues as quickly and effectively as possible. I would assume you have had a bad experience and I would like to apologise for this.

If you are still a customer of Supanet I would like to try and help resolve your problems ASAP. If you have left Supanet I hope your current provider is giving you the service you require.

Please don't hesitate in getting back to me if you do need any help with your service.

I will hope you agree monitoring all forums does take time and we are constantly looking at ways of helping our customers.

    All the best

No [N] Re: The Supanet.com Broadband Discussion

What a load of rubbish!!! I strongly advise anyone to stay away from NotSoSupanet .

I completely agree with Peachee in so far as ""You are thugs, bullies, criminals, and oh...yes a very bad internet provider!"

Oh... I would like to add that Supanet are a VERY VERY VERY bad ISP. I can not emphasise it enough. Do not use them! You have been warned. Terrible speed, terribe traffic shaping, terrible service and terrible latency. Utterly useless. Save your money.

Anyone fool enough to still think about using them please visit...

... and thats just from this website. Have a look around the internet yourself. I can't post links to other sites here as they get removed. I suggest looking at http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ in the forums.

Don't be stupid enough to tie yourself in to a 24 month contract with these idiots. There is a clause hidden in their Terms & Conditions that means you have to pay a £40 fee if you leave with 24 months (even though it is a 12 month contract) and believe me, you will want to leave as soon as you can!

    Supanet,

Reply to all of the issues in the above threads. I dare you.

    I'm planning to leave ASAP.

Do I need to give notice?

Can I have my MAC code?
