    My opinion is that it's legal as you've not reached the stage of paying but it makes the site look bad.

    I've just been on this site to get car breakdown cover, and when you go from the type of cover you require to the page you give details, the price adds £2.00 to the total just by going to next page has anyone noticed this and is it legal.
