moved house kept tiscali on november 3rd its now 2007 and my service is stuck at 512k BT say its 5.5mb enabled tiscali did the can i put you on hold for 2 minutes in that bloody annoying indian accent saying everytime i called got knowere no adjustments to my bill though and i have to write to claim any money back apparently they dont accept emails looking for new isp now

Slow broadband (Sometimes 5 minutes to get to site). Terrible technical support(India) 0870 expensive number, deliberately go away to extend the call. Cannot solve problems but send emails advising that they have. Some of the problems I sorted myself. Lose your password so you cannot get to your emails. Getting a new ISP ASAP. Avoid!!
