    Yes but you can't insure the same car twice so you would need to make sure you cancel the first policy before setting up a new one that allows temporary drivers, which could cost more than its actually worth.

    There are many companies providing temporary car insurance. Search on google "temporary car insurance" and you will find many.

    HI,

    I want to insure my 21 year old son to drive my car for 10 days from 3rd Jan to 10th Jan2009. My existing company Swiftcover will only do insurnace for the whole year. Can you advise on the best company to provide this service please.
