    Re: Teaching publications error

I think you will have to pay (and cancel so there's not another bill).

The website should have told you of your right to cancel within a few days and that period starts from the date that they tell you. However if they sent an email which was deleted, this still counts as you being told.

    Teaching publications error

    Hello all

Recently i subscribed to a website thatproduces Teaching aids and resources for a free trial. Accepting all the terms and conditions that were not clear but after a recent look say i have to cancel within 14 days. Well i didnt - i had my free trial on the day of registration and then never went on the website again as it wasnt very helpful. They sent me a user name and password but itwas never used.

I get to work today and theres a bill waiting for me because i didnt cancel. I accept it was my mistake, and after reading the teams and conditions i accept it. But It wasnt clear. And the email account i used to subscribe classed the messages as Spam.

Do i have any rights or should i just bite the bulet and pay

    Regards

    Andy
