    Tax Exempt

I have a Special Tax Exempt Plan with SLL. It is due to mature in 2011 but I don't know whether to continue paying into it as it has reduced in value. what can you advise?

Share based investments do go up and down in value. You are better selling after it's gone up rather than after it's gone down, or wait until maturity, in my view.

Thanks. I know they can go up or down but the way this plan works we are contributing a set amount monthly. I was wondering if we should stop the payments and let it sit until maturity? thanks again

It's better to put a little extra in, if that's within the possibilities for the plan, when markets are low.
