I have just been reading comments on Customer Service or NO customer service @ Talk Talk. I must agree 100%!
I have had a nightmare with TalkTalk!!!! Spent hours on the phone and spoke to few people but noone help.
Just to cut a long story short I called Talk Talk to have my DD details changed. They did and a month later we were cut off without a warning> No phone, no internet and when I called Customer Service I was told I did not pay my bill. I was so angry! They did not say anything apart from to pay my bill. I have been paying my bills by DD for TalkTalk bills for years and they did not bother to call me or send me a letter saying that DD did not work. apparently the DD department did not update the systems! They werent sorry and told me to pay the bill in order to get back on line. They did not care I and my husband could not work and wasted hours on the phone to get justice!
I am very disapointed with Talk Talk custoemr service and we are looking for a different phone/broadband provider. Not staying with them another year!
