    You seem to like because it gives you ample opportunities to bluff and cheat. Only nasty people with bad mentality would join them. They give incorrect info. Everytime we call, we are connected to a random operator who is as louzy as ever and never knows what his/her colleague has said earlier. Always a discrepancy between what two employees of this hopelessly bad company say. What a shame! ! ! Customer service is absolute ***!

    This sort of comment just smacks of putting two fingers up to your customers. I would probably have taken up your Broadband service but not now.Thanks for showing your true colours.

    welovetalktalk:talk talk is a lovely company to work for though.


    I would probably be lovely to work for too, if I took peoples money and didn't put some of that money back into providing a high standard of service.

    Yep, they changed my password without telling me and without my permission. NO APOLOGY. NO EXPLANAITION. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO REPLY TO COMPLAINT. USELESS TECHNICAL SUPPORT(my 8 year old daughter could do better). BAD POOR USELESS RUBBISH DO NOT SIGN UP LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE plus many more four letter words that i shall refrain from using.

    Talktalk free broadband is a joke! What more can i say. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is!

    Phone works fine. Broadband DOESN'T. Email doesn't.

    You Cannot get through to customer service even though it's premium rate.

    They Do not reply to complaints made by mail or e-mail.

    And believe it or not, I spoke to OFCOM and they just don't want to know!

    Advice to anyone thinking of switching - DO NOT SIGN UP - YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE NEXT 18 MONTHS!!!

    TALKTALK and the CARPHONE WAREHOUSE will regret it forever after, as I like many others will never ever ever ever ever! use them ever again!!!

    Hello Hiforall

    I'm afraid this a technical issue and something you need to chase them up with. I'm sure there is something within the terms and conditions which relates to a temporary loss of service so there's no way to get some redress for this unfortunately. I'm sure it's only temporary and fingers crossed the matter will get resolved in the next few days or so.

    First my phone line went off and no one could phone me for 2 days and then i could phone the next day but no one could phone me back and the broadband is not working, when I dial it says that the remote computer was not found or that there is no connections, and then I phoned them up and they said that they are upgrading the broadband to 8 MB which is allright but this was done without giving any notifications, and this is very important because my son is in the middle of doing coursework and needs the internet.

    If anyone reads this would they be able to give any clues on what to do by emailing come-n-go AT hotmail.com

    And if anyone who reads this who is not a talktalk customer I highly advise you not to buy their services.
    If this happens any further I believe I might have to take further action because:
    1- this was done without permission
    2- this was done so suddenly without informing
    3- and for not giving any temporary means of going on the internet during this period of time were talktalk ends up upsetting one or more people.
