    Re: Talk Talk Business line

Hi I am sad that I did not read this message earlier as I have just moved over to talk talk (from Tiscali) phone and broadband, I have signed an 18 month contract and already I am frustrated trying to get hold of someone to talk to, rather than recoded messages. Tiscali is giving me a very hard time with the change over too, they are billing me although I have cancelled my broadband with them, apparently talk talk do not use the MIC number to do the change over so Tiscali take it that if this number is not used, although you have told them you are changing, they continue to see you a customer of theirs and bill you. It is madness. I really already regret moving over and I have another 17 months to go. I would not recommend either company to anyone.

    Talk Talk Business line

I moved my telephone line with all calls to One Tel about 18 months ago, they were consequently bought out by TalkTalk.  My experiance with One Tel was strained at points due to only being able to speak to someone in an Indian Call Centre. While it worked everything was okay it fell down when the line went down, but I could at least talk to someone.  When TalkTalk took over the line and calls it went really to pot.  If I needed to talk to anybody in customer Services it was hopeless. The phone would ring but then I would get an anwser phone message to let me know someone would phone me back within 4 working days and that was a business line.  They continued to bill me even after I moved back to BT in fact the only person I could ever talk to was a credit controller when they thought I owed them money.  Sorry but I would never use them again and would never encourage anyone to go over to them, and in fact have actively encouraged others to move their business away from this Company. Never did I recieve any appology for the poor service that I had suffered at their hands.
