Hi
Can some please assist me with this matter.
I currently have a business account with t- mobile since for nearly 3 years. On Friday 20/11/09 while the phone was on the phone suddenly switched off. I checked the phone and put it on again. So I put my pin number as usual, it did not accept, then I put the PUK code and the message states to put a new pin, which I did, and the suddenly I got an error message telling me “SIM CARD REJECTED” I tried to put the simcard on another phone it keep saying the something.
I called the customer service and they told me that I have to pay £10 to get a replacement. I keep telling them this is not a fault of mine but it is the simcard why should have to pay £10.00, is not like that I lost the simcard or anything.
I went to the ‘3’ Mobile stores and to replace the simcard is only less that £5.00, I went to ‘O2’ and it is Free to replace simcard if you are O2 customer.
Can someone please advise me what to do... I am already Paying a monthly payment... so why should I pay £10.00 when the fault is not nothing to do with me...
Thank you
