    Hi BrewerDave1,

    Hope all is well. This payment is usually made after we've received confirmation from the energy company you're switching to: this can take up to 3 months after the switch over has completed.

    If you could drop me an email, I'll be mroe than happy to speak to the energy team here and chase it up for you.

    I switched from EON to EDF using this site in early June .The switch was completed mid July. As far as I am aware I should be due a bonus from Moneysupermarket for using them of either £15 or £30 (can't remember amount)
    Haven't had anything yet - anyone else in the same boat??
