Mr Wind is a valued forum member of many days standing and cannot help it if he sometimes comes up short in thee detail dept so I won't mention it. I think it is only fair and reasonable that his need to fire off endless missives to the 'house' should be accomodated by swift and detailed responses. Between you and me and 'for our eyes only' I have a sample of an exchange between Mr Wind and the 'house' and have detailed it below:-

Mr Wind:   I wish to complain in no uncertain terms!!!

MS:          Dear Mr Wind, We are keen to cater to your every whim but would respectfully point out that once again you have not put a 'subject' in.

Mr Wind to self on receiving MS response in three minutes: Country's going to the dogs!!!! 

Hi Mr. Community Editor, 

Have checked and checked and checked again.

Nothing.

Please resend, THANKYOU !!!

Wasn't it the case that the T&T posts were simply disruptive?

On another site I use they delete anything that goes against the 'spirit and tone' of the boards and maybe that's what it was about?

I have also tried to get a response from Moneysupermarket on numerous occasions over certain things by putting in a complaint via "report abuse" and also via MS email address but alas no response.

Is there a direct route of complaint to MS from this forum ?

The amount of messages I have fired off directed at Community/Community editor with no response is ridiculous, either the system fails or the requests are just being ignored, I suspect the latter to be the case!!!

SHAME REALLY !!!
