    Anyone been offered a new super hub so they can receive 30mbs broadband?

    In my experience this is the worst thing you can accept.

    I got this 6 weeks ago and am lucky to have any internet service more than 2 times a week. Apparently the problem is a recognised fault and obviously Virgin is selling and pushing a service they know they cant provide

    Def stay away from it if you can until Virgin sort out their faults
