    Re: Suite Card (B.B.V.A.

??The company (bbva)passed this account to transcom.

The card is no longer available in the uk.

I signed a credit agreement with BBVA not Transcom.

Is the APR which was applicable with bbva applicable with Transcom?

    Thanks

    Re: Suite Card (B.B.V.A.

The company folded and pulled the suite card out of the U.K.last year(2008).

At the time they stated that transaction should no longer be carried out and

that card holders should destroy their cards, and that repayments should continue. This

I did and it is only today that I recieved this letter from B.B.V.A.about the account being

    taken on board by Transcom.

    Thanks

If you are not happy with the changes, you can ask to cancel the card and pay the debt off using the old interest rate.

    Suite Card (B.B.V.A.

The above credit card which was linked to the travel site Hotelopia has now ceased and I have

recieved a letter from them that my debt is being transferred to "Transcom".who have taken this debt

on board.I have conrtacted them and they are basically a debt collection agency.

I have a debit balance of 386.00 on this account,I have never ever missed payments or had excess charges applied

    and iI am cocerned that

my APR transfers to this company,is this correct procedure?

and that i may consider a credit risk, even though the company has ceased trading in the U.K.

    Can you assist?
