We are moving at the end of this month and just found out that the old tenants in the place we're moving to disconnected from BT as they opted for cable. Now were under the impression that we'll be landed with a £125 reconnection charge.........
Considering that we currently pay £10.50 pm for BT line and £9.99 pm to AOL for 2MB 'unlimited' broadband and anytime calls, do the wiser ones amongst you feel it is worth us paying to get reconnected in the new place to keep our existing deals or should we opt for a cable service?
Frankly, were not too interested in virgin's TV packages as freeview is sufficient.......but we may go with them if broadband+phone with them works out cheaper without the connection charge......
