im only flying in for a shark dive and parachute jump, so not staying longcheers,max

I would always recommend checking the tripadvisor.com site, which has up to date reviews. Protea Hotel Fire & Ice which is a reasonably priced 3 star, has some very good recent reviews. I have not been to Cape Town but I have heard people rave about it, Cape Town that is.
