    Taylortribe5,

Have you ever experienced problems appying for cards?

I am considering this option but believe that I will need two additional cards to my current two in order to transfer my balances. In your oppininion/experience, given that I have a good credit score and earn an above average wage would I be offered 2 more cards in addition to the two I already have? (one of these could be cancelled after transferring the balance elsewhere)

Could you suggest providers from whom you have had the largest amount of credit from in the past please?

    Many Thanks,

    Richard

Hi, you are correct, you will only be charged interest on what is left on your account at the end of the 0% period,  that's when you shift the amount to another interest free credit card.  I have been doing this for a number of years and saved myself a fortune, set yourself a reminder about a month before the old card's 0% comes to an end to allow yourself adequate time to apply and transfer the remainder onto another deal.

    Hope this helps

Am I correct to think if I apply for this kind of credit card and transfer say a balance of £4000 if I do not pay that all off within the 13mnts 0% magin the interest will go back to the current trent, and will I be charged on the whole say £4000 trancferred or only the balance left?
