Please be assured that Spark has not only increased the number of its call centre staff in the last few weeks, but is about to further increase the number of staff again in March 2012 so that waiting times will be reduced.
Spark will launch a brand new website in April 2012 enabling its customers to manage their accounts online. This will reduce call volumes greatly, enable customers to use online help and receive online billing if they wish.
