Go into a CPW shop, theyll provide you with a copy of the respective bills and they also have copies of the redemption letters. Tell an advisor to fill them out for you. Then post them.

Only thing I can contribute is ESCALATE. I think I am right in saying that if you say the magic word it has to go up the chain. It's the same as complain but you have to say the right word. I'm assuming CWP works the same way as TalkTalk - word wise.

    some advice please

Hi I have an 18 month contract through the carphone warehouse with a redemption of £70 every 6 months. My first one was in November sent by recorded delivery waited 2 months to give them a chance to send it nothing hapenned so I rang up and they tried to deny knowledge of receiving it until I said about recorded delivery and I can see that it has been received she then told me she would pass my details on and I received the cheque within 15 days. May has come around so I sent the next bill recorded delivery again to receive a letter 4 days later to say customer details not found so I ring customer services again to find out what was going on they said they dont know why as they can see on their screen they paid me the redemption in January (Novembers bill) and should have been no problem sending me the next instalment. I sent the first 2 pages of the original bill like it asks for they have sent me back a defaced badly photocopied version that can barely be read when she asked me to resend the bill I told her about this and she asked me to get another copy from the service provider which will cost me money as well as resendin it recorded again. She said they couldn't email it to the people who deal as they dont have access to my bills but my question is where has my original bill gone and if my customer details do not exist should my contract no longer exist? very very confused
