    After all other attempts have failed... which it appears they have. You are entitled to contact Consumer Direct who since 1st April, 2012 operate through the citizens advice services network.

    Make an appointment and produce all the relevant paperwork and guarantee, they will contact them on youir behalf and will inform you of all the available options, which could include either a replacement or a refund.

    have tried to but now they just arnt answering the phone to us,

    If they don't repair after a few attempts, ask them to take it away, after giving you a full refund.

    we have recently brought a second hand refrigerator from a company and found that it doesn't work, it came with a 6 month guarantee for part and labor. they have been out once but they did nothing and said they would come back. This has been going on for over 4 weeks now and they are not not answering the phone to us at all, what can i do??
