I bought one of these vouchers a few days ago, thought I had actually done everything necessary to buy them. Today I receive an email with a voucher in pdf format with a link to click on to buy the shorts. Did that, entered my email and password and then a message saying "there has been a problem matching the voucher code with the email address supplied" and no other options except to try again. I have done so many times, I know I am putting in the correct email address and voucher code so am stumped as to where I can go from here.

Anyone else had/having a similar problem and any suggestions as to how to overcome it?
