    called Sky again, now I am really disgusted with their Support.

    One of their support staff I spoke to last time had said to me that I will be fully refunded as I never had any service from Sky at all.

    Now the lady says to me that they never cancelled the service because I never asked for it to be cancelled and she says service is still active. I have been with O2 for last two months however she says is that I have been receiving the service from O2 as well as Sky for landline and Internet. I do have an active service from O2 for last two months but from Sky nothing at all.

    When I asked her how can I be using two services from two different providers at same time on one line and she says yes it is possible because Sky did not cancel my service.

    She also says that may be a different department cancelled it that she does not know about.

    Basically in the end she told me to shutup and go and complain about it somewhere else. More over she told me that I will also be charged for this month on 6 Oct. :-(

    I am going to contact my Bank next.

    Further to what 'tt lady' advised, make sure you get a refund of all the payments 'fraudulently' taken. The onus will then be on the bank to recover the money from Sky (they can do this easily by scooping the money out of their account). You may have to complete some paperwork for the bank, but they cannot refuse to get your money back for you.

    I suggest you ring your bank and tell them that Sky have been incorrectly deducting money from your account and request a refund under the direct debtit indemnity scheme. They should refund you immediately. Don't let them fob you off with the suggestion that you should contact sky - they have to refund you immediately and then it is up to them to get the money back from sky.

    Sky Nightmere Continues - Best Stay Away

    I had such a horibble exprience with Sky that made me go to O2 in the end and finaly I thought it is over, well guess what NO, it continues.

    I logged into my online banking to check if Sky has refunded me as it was promissed to me on phone by Sky Support. So here is what they charged me with.

    SKY DIGITAL INTERN LIVINGSTON GB - 25.00

    SKY DIGITAL INTERN LIVINGSTON GB - 10.00

    SKY SUBSCRIPTION 08702 404040 GB - 17.31

    SKY SUBSCRIPTION 08702 404040 GB - 17.31

    SKY SUBSCRIPTION CD 2780 - 17.31

    So I have been charged 86.93 for a service which I did not recieve for even 1 second and seems they keep taking money out of my bank account while their support promissed me a full refund.

    Sky is full of crap.

    Time to call support again and that is gona cost me too.
