    Whilst I agree there is some consenous growing within the phone markets that there are many unhappy customers when it comes to cashbacks, I still think you are putting your concerns in the wrong way. What about those reailers who offer cashbacks in the legitimate way? I have brought phones  on contracts via cashbacks for about 3 years  and received all  cashbacks. Yes on some occasions I had to chase them up but got everything withi little  hassle. Sure taking out cashbacks contracts can be risky but it also requires some common sense as well.

     

    Sorry - I say it like I see it - and not always on this forum. Cashback is legitimised robbery - not much less either. Too many ways for it not to work against too many vague promises that are difficult to enforce. If it was such a good idea, why don't the networks do it where the billing systems are all automated and could see to the whole thing without anyone sending anything? Answer: because it is financially unviable if everyone was to get what they were entitled to. That's what makes it so fundamentally wrong.

    Hi,

     First of all, thanks for all your suggestions and great advise. After I talked to the customer support team of Simply3G, they asked me to appeal again with my details. And my TRUE explanation is on now satisfactory level, so they accepted my claim.

    Landshark is almost certainly correct with regards to having to go to Court, using the online moneyclaim system.

    I would suggest you check out the moneysavingexpert website and its forums relating to cash back problems. I'm sure there will be a thread relating to Simply3g. Threads relating to other cash back companies will also give you some assistance.

    I would have checked the site quickly on your behalf but they have been subject to a DDOS attack over the weekend. Perhaps somebody was displeased as they felt that consumers were obtaining useful/constructive advice on the sites forums?

    Sorry Wonderland1998 this not aimed at you specifically but really have you not read the literally HUNDREDS of threads on this forum (and others) that says that anything like cashback or cheque back simply is the biggest legalised con on the High Street?     Simply3G doesn't give money to customers for the Cheque Back Claim

    When I purchased a new mobile phone, they told me the cheque back claim for the free line rentals will be accepted the online bills. Now they ignored my stage 1 claim due to the online bills. Even the Terms and Conditions, still showing me 'ONLINE BILL WILL BE ACCEPTED'. They just ignored my claims and not listening for my clarifications. Please ....please do not a victim with them as I am now. Any help how to I get the money back as I supposed to be.
