Always had Sharp microwave ovens without any problems.

Suggest that you contact Consumer Direct and they will tell you what to put in a written complaint to Sharp.

Has any one had problems with this product, I bought one in April last year, went faulty in November, 4 things replaced then in December the thing started to smoke near the door. I unpluged it and rung for a repair 2 replaced this time due to them been "worn out" but they would not repair the area that was burnt as they said it was our fault. What a load of bunkem we have been using these ovens for a very long time and know all about how to use them safely. I am now still battleing Sharp to repair or give me a refund, of which I perfer as I am very unsure about the saftey of this product. So beware of Sharps warrenties!!!
