    The charges don't seem to high to me but there is nothing wrong with trying to claim if you feel strongly enough about any of the items.

    I am new to this and I was wondering if it is possible to claim back charges on the following account and if so for roughly how much? Secured loan flat rate 9.9% APR 14.9%. Thank you
