    Re: seat leon

I suppose there is also another option, and that is to accept a different colour, as the post implies that it is just this colour that has this problem.

    Re: seat leon

Tell them you are rejecting it under the sale of goods act, as it is an inferior quality to what is expected of a new car, and ask for a full refund.

I think the last time you asked the same question my answer was similar, keeping asking will not cure the problem or give you any more alternatives. You have only limited choices.

    1) Respray as already offered, although not acceptable on a new car.

    2) Replacement, which they have already offered with the same faults, unaccaptable.

    3) Refund in full, using your legal rights ?  Buy one elsewhere, or a different car.

Agree a reduction and live with the blemishes, unacceptable.

Or do nothing and learn to live with it, unacceptable to myself ------ your choice.

    Hi,

I bought a seat Leon Reference Sport with full body kit in Luna grey in March 2007, after only two days I found that the paint work was faulty. I spoke to the garage where I bought the car from, and they sent a paint specialist down and he reported that it needed a complete re - spray which I was not happy with. The garage has tried to replace it twice with the same spec car, but I had to refuse, because it had the same problem that pervious one had. The garage have said that all Luna grey ones have a blemish on them, they have said it’s because of the paint they use to spray the cars with, I don’t know what to do; I would like some advice in what to next.

    Yours truly,

    Mrs Rowlands
