Re: Sarah Beeny's top tips for buying or selling a home

I was in the buying, doing up and renting out business for more than 20 years and I retired when I was 41 years old. This woman is brilliant - certainly one of the best 'experts' I have seen on TV guiding would -be developers. Her ideas are spot on, and current with what renters AND buyers are looking for.

If you want to try being a landlord, or even just a property renovator - Sarah is the one.

Disclaimer: I have no relationship with Miss Beeny, I have never met her, and the shrine to her, in my basement, was there already and I haven't had a chance to remove it.

Heh - Skywalker, I expect Ms Beeny would recommend you remove the shrine and install a further toilet to attract buyers with large families...

Oh Felicity - welcome to the madness.

Could you ask Darling Sarah if she would mind. It doesn't take up much space, hmm maybe room for a small corner bath, separate twin shower unit, a small double sink unit, his 'n hers water closets, and a small dressing area and potentially further space for a couple of kids beds.

See hardly any room at all!
