Beware all you Santander Zero account users when you come back from an overseas trip you may like me find a string of incorrect charges for ATM and purchases use. I recently came back from USA and Caribbean and had over a dozen incorrect charges.
Check your statements. I phoned to get refunded and the guy said I was right and he would that day put money back in my account but actually failed to do so prob human glitch as on the second long winded call I got money refunded.
I don't believe I am the only customer affected hence this post.
